Terms of Service

Effective 30 September 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PickATarotCard.com (the “Site”) and every reading, credit, membership and consultation offered on it (the “Service”). By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Opus International Services LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@opusnumerology.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or make a purchase. By using the Site you confirm that you are.

3. What the Service is – and what it is not

You ask a question, draw three cards from the 22 Major Arcana, and receive a written interpretation for your past, present and future. Interpretations are generated with the help of artificial intelligence, based on the cards you draw and the question you enter.

Tarot is a tool for self-reflection. Readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not predictions of the future and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice. Do not make important decisions based solely on a reading, and always consult a qualified professional about such matters.

4. Your account

Some features require an account. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@opusnumerology.com if you believe your account has been used without permission. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

5. Purchases and prices

• Tarot Credit – one credit buys one reading. Credits do not expire while your account is active and have no cash value. We are not obliged to refund any amount for credits more than 3 months after the date of purchase.
• Seeker Membership – one free reading every day for 30 days. The membership renews automatically every 30 days at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
• Single Reading – one reading without an account, paid for and delivered once.

Prices are shown in US dollars on the Site and at checkout, and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. We may change prices for future purchases; a price change to your membership will apply only from a renewal after we have notified you.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. A receipt or invoice is sent to the email address used at checkout.

6. Cancelling your membership

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the 30-day period already paid for.

7. Refunds

Everything sold on the Site is a digital product delivered immediately. Refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If a technical failure prevents delivery of a reading you paid for, we will deliver it or refund it.

8. Independent tarot readers and live consultations

Under “Consultation”, the Site provides a display platform for independent tarot readers (“readers”), who offer personal consultations in their own name and on their own responsibility.

• The contract for a consultation is made between you and the reader. You pay the reader through the reader’s own payment page, and the reader issues the receipt or invoice; the reader’s details are shown on the payment page and on that document.
• Session length, price, format (video call or phone), scheduling, and the cancellation and refund terms are those stated on the reader’s page and on the payment page.
• We do not take part in consultations and do not review or influence their content. We therefore accept no responsibility for the interpretations or advice given by readers, or for the performance of a consultation.
• A consultation is a self-reflective, spiritual conversation and does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice.
• Please raise any complaint about a consultation with the reader first. If that does not resolve it, write to info@opusnumerology.com and we will help you get in touch.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no attempts to disrupt or overload the Site, gain unauthorised access, scrape content in bulk, resell readings or credits, or submit unlawful, abusive or harmful content in your questions.

10. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, graphics and software belong to us or our licensors. The card images used are from the public-domain Rider–Waite–Smith deck. Your readings are for your personal, non-commercial use.

11. Availability and changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change or discontinue features of the Service.

A refund of unused credits or of the unused days of a membership period is due only if we, as the provider, close your account or discontinue a paid feature on our own initiative (see section 14). The time limits in section 5 still apply: no refund is due for credits more than 3 months after the date of purchase. In every other case, unused credits and membership days are not refundable except as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that a reading is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on a reading. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or is used fraudulently; in that case no refund is due. If we close your account for any other reason, we will refund your unused credits and membership days as described in section 11. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time; closing your account yourself does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits or membership days.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Material changes to membership terms will be notified by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of the country where you live.
