Information we collect

If you create an account: your email address and an encrypted form of your password, your credit balance or membership status, and the readings generated for you.

When you request a reading: the question you enter and the three cards you draw. Your question is not stored. It is used once to generate your reading and is deleted from our systems as soon as the reading is complete. The finished reading itself is kept for up to 24 hours so you can view it, and the related technical records are deleted within 7 days. We never share your question or your reading with third parties.

Automatically: standard server logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your cart.

How we use it

We use this information only to create and deliver your readings, to maintain your account and purchases, to provide customer support, and to keep the service secure.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share only what is necessary with the service providers that operate this site: Stripe for payment processing, our web host, and the AI provider that writes the interpretation of your cards.

We may also disclose information if required by law or valid legal process.

Payment information

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it for as long as your account is active or as needed for our records. You may request deletion of your account and readings by emailing us.

Readings on this site are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical or psychological advice.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel) – only with your consent

If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, the site loads the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. We use it to measure which of our ads bring visitors and purchases, and to show our ads to people who may be interested in tarot.

• Data involved: the pages you visit, technical details of your browser and device, cookies set by Meta (such as _fbp), and the fact, product and amount of a purchase. We never share your question, your cards or the text of your reading.
• Your choice: if you choose “Necessary only”, the pixel is not loaded.
