Refund and Returns Policy

Effective 3 August 2026. Everything sold on PickATarotCard.com is a digital product delivered immediately. Please read the terms for each type of purchase before you buy.

Seeker membership

You may request a refund of your most recent membership payment within 5 days of that payment. Email info@opusnumerology.com from the address on your account.

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the 30-day period already paid for. Payments older than the most recent one are not refundable.

Tarot credits

Unused credits may be refunded within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from the date of purchase, we are not obliged to refund credits. Used credits are not refundable. Email info@opusnumerology.com with the purchase date.

Single reading without an account

This reading is revealed as soon as payment completes. Because it is delivered instantly and in full, it is not refundable.

If you paid but did not receive your reading

If a technical failure prevented delivery of a reading you paid for, contact info@opusnumerology.com and we will deliver it or refund it, regardless of the time limits above.

How to request a refund

Email info@opusnumerology.com with the email address used for the purchase and the approximate date of payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
